任职要求 1、计算机视觉、机器人学、控制、自动化、计算机等相关专业 硕士及以上学历,了解Robotics Learning相关方法,深入理解机器人运动学与动力学; 2、具备基于VLA范式在机器人场景的研发经验,熟悉主流开源框架/方案,对桌面操作/移动操作等任务有深入具体理解,熟悉常见的操作数据采集方法,有数据管线搭建、数据处理、模型训练、微调、评测、部署调试等全流程经验; 3、精通深度强化学习(PPO/SAC/DDPG/MAPPO)和模仿学习相关方法,熟悉IsaacLab/Mujoco等仿真环境,有大规模并行训练经验,熟悉策…
