● 经验要求：
    ○ P7 (专家)：5年以上ToB/G业务拓展经验，具备成功的海外大客户签约案例，熟悉东南亚市场环境。
    ○ P8 (高级专家)：8年以上相关行业经验，具备从0到1搭建海外业务体系的能力，有主导千万级项目或战略级合作的经验 2。
● 能力素质：
    ○ 具备极强的商务谈判能力、资源整合能力及跨文化沟通能力。
    ○ 英语可作为工作语言，精通中文者优先。
    ○ 对云计算、大数据、人工智能或智慧城市领域有深刻理解。
● Experience:
    ○ P7 (Expert): 5+ years of ToB/G business development experience, with successful cases of signing overseas key accounts and familiarity with the Southeast Asian market environment.
    ○ P8 (Senior Expert): 8+ years of relevant industry experience, capable of building overseas business systems from scratch, with experience leading projects worth tens of millions or strategic collaborations 2.
● Competencies:
    ○ Strong business negotiation, resource integration, and cross-cultural communication skills.
    ○ English as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
    ○ Deep understanding of cloud computing, big data, AI, or smart city domains.
