我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、具有战略视野的大客户业务拓展专家（P7/P8级别），加入高德地图新加坡办公室。该职位将负责推动高德出海业务在新加坡及东南亚市场的关键合作，包括政府机构、大型企业及生态伙伴的深度绑定。
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Account Business Development Expert (Level P7/P8) to join the Amap Singapore office. This role will drive key partnerships for Amap's overseas business in Singapore and the Southeast Asian market, including deep engagement with government agencies, large enterprises, and ecosystem partners.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
● 市场拓展与客户攻坚：负责新加坡核心大客户（如政府机构、头部企业）的开拓与维护，达成业务合作目标。参考阿里云新加坡BD模式，推动产品进入政府采购名录及大型项目落地 4。
● 生态伙伴建设：建立并维护与当地集成商、咨询公司及技术伙伴的战略合作关系，构建本地化交付与服务网络。
● 解决方案销售：深入理解客户需求，协同产研团队输出定制化解决方案（如智慧城市、3D建模、机器狗应用等），主导商务谈判与合同签署。
● 跨部门协同：拉通国内产研、合规、法务及财务团队，确保海外业务的合规性与高效推进。
● Market Expansion & Key Account Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining core key accounts in Singapore (e.g., government agencies, top-tier enterprises) to achieve business targets. Following the Alibaba Cloud Singapore BD model, drive product inclusion in government procurement lists and land large-scale projects 4.
● Ecosystem Partnership: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local integrators, consultancies, and tech partners to build a localized delivery and service network.
● Solution Selling: Deeply understand customer needs, collaborate with R&D teams to deliver customized solutions (e.g., Smart City, 3D Modeling, Robot Dog applications), and lead business negotiations and contract signing.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with domestic R&D, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and efficient progress of overseas business.
