任职要求 -经验要求：5 年以上数据仓库开发经验，本科及以上学历（计算机、数据科学等相关专业优先）。具备业务安全、风控或反爬黑灰产对抗领域的数仓建设经历，有日均亿级以上数据量、实时与离线一体化数仓实战经验者优先。有将大模型 / AI Agent 真实落地到数据研发或数据治理场景的经验者优先（请在简历中说明具体场景与效果）。 -数仓工程硬实力：精通 MaxCompute/ODPS、Hive 等离线计算引擎，熟练掌握 Flink/Blink 实时计算与 Hologres/ClickHouse 等 OLAP 引擎，能独立完成安全风控域 ODS-DWD-DWS-ADS 分层建模与指标体系设计。具备扎实的 SQL 性能调优能力，能定位并解决数据倾斜、大表 Join、实时链路延迟与稳定性等典型问题。具备数据质量与治理体系落地能力，理解数据血缘、口径一致…
