任职要求 1. 具备大模型应用开发经验，包括 Prompt Engineering、知识库构建、模型微调、效果评测，智能体提效长/复杂链路推理，超长上下文等，具备扎实的 Python/Java/C++/SQL 编程基础； 2. 熟悉 Transformer/BERT/GPT 等模型后训练，架构，精通 MoE、Chain/Tree-of-Thought、Self-Reflection 等提升业务理解能力的技术方案，具有业务逻辑蒸馏、规则注入等领域适应技术实战经验； 3. 熟悉主流 Agent 框架（如 LangChain、AutoGen、LangGraph 等），有 Multi-Agent 协作系统的实际落地经验； 4. 良好的团队沟通协作能力，有责任感，能够快速熟悉业务领域和业务知…
