任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5 年及以上互联网 C 端产品设计经验，具备主导复杂产品、0—1 项目或关键业务升级的经历。具备AI 产品、本地生活或交易产品设计经验。 2. 熟练使用 Figma / FigJam；能够借助 ProtoPie、Principle、After Effects 等工具表达交互，或使用 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 等搭建体验验证原型。具体软件不限，更关注问题定义、设计判断、验证过程与落地结果。 3. 理解大语言模型的能力与边界，了解 Prompt、知识检索、工具调用、上下文与记忆等 Agent 机制，能将技术约束转化为合理的产品体验。 4.…
