任职要求
1、计算机相关专业大学本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验，具备较强的业务sence，有销售领域经验优先。 2、JAVA基础扎实，熟练掌握Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis等开源框架，精通面向对象、领域驱动设计。 3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用。 4、具有一定的技术架构思维，确保设计的技术方案、开发的代码有较高性能、质量保障、扩展性，前瞻性。 5、具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力。 6、加分项：有大模型应用经验和算法经验
工作职责
1、负责高德销售平台的规划和建设落地，通过自动化和智能化实现亿级leads和万级销售人员间快速调配分发和多渠道多角色协同作业，支撑千万商家快速入驻经营。 2、独立完成中大型项目的需求分析和系统设计，高质量和高效率地完成核心代码的开发。 3、遵循阿里的研发规范和流程，实现高扩展性设计、高性能和高稳定性的研发交付工作。
