工作职责
1、负责票务系统（售票/退票/改签/对账/报表等）技术方案设计和相关模块的需求分析、设计、开发与上线支持。 2、负责票务终端设备（售票机/闸机/自助机/POS等）的日常维护、故障排查、版本升级与现场/远程支持。 3、对接硬件厂商与运维团队，制定终端接入规范、通信协议联调、日志采集与问题闭环流程。 4、负责接口开发与系统集成（REST API、WebService、Socket/串口等），保障与支付、会员、库存、财务等系统稳定交互。 5、负责系统优化和运维能力建设，包括监控告警、日志体系、异常重试与容灾方案建设，保障系统可用性与交易成功率。 6、负责终端系统技术文档（接口文档、部署手册、终端运维手册）、代码评审与持续交付流程建设和持续改进。
