工作职责
1.参与构建影视内容的搜索与推荐系统，提升用户在大麦、淘票票等平台的观影体验； 2.负责召回、排序、重排等核心算法模块的研发与优化； 3.探索生成式召回、非内积召回等前沿技术，提升推荐系统的多样性和准确性； 4.与产品、工程团队协作，推动算法在实际业务中的落地和效果验证。
