工作描述
完成监管数据管理、治理工作 Roles and Responsibilities: 1. 深入解读金融监管机构下发的监管制度、技术规范及报送要求，准确转化为可落地的数据模型与报送逻辑； 2. 负责监管报送数据模型的设计、维护与迭代，评估源业务系统（如核心、理赔、保全、财务等）变更对监管模型的影响，并制定应对方案； 3. 主导监管数据从采集、清洗、转换、校验到报送的全流程开发与优化，确保数据的准确性、完整性、一致性与时效性； 4. 协调内部IT团队、业务部门及外部监管技术对接方，高效推进监管项目实施，统筹任务排期、进度跟踪与风险管控； 5. 审核外包人员提交的数据模型设计文档、程序代码，确保符合数据治理规范与监管合规要求； 6. 负责监管报送作业的日常运维监控，包括跑批调度、异常告警处理、性能调优及灾备演练 7. 快速响应并解决因基础设施变更（如数据库升级、操作系统补丁、…
