Responsible for developing and administering employee compensation and benefits programmes to reward and recognise employees' contribution to AIA

Position Objective:
 
proactively and analytically minded HR rewards COE to design, implement, and govern our integrated Workforce (WF) planning framework, be central to developing predictive WF models, establishing robust control mechanisms, tracking and interpreting key efficiency and effectiveness metrics, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic resourcing, capability development, and competitive hiring decisions:
• Design, maintain, and continuously refine standardized Workforce Planning (WF) models, aligned with business unit goals, growth scenarios, and market dynamics
• Lead annual workforce planning projects by cooperation with business team and finance team
• Continuedly optimize budgeting tool and framework to deliver more accurate people cost budgeting
