- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- 10+ years of experience leading commercial sales or business development teams in technology or cloud industries.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and developing quota-carrying BD or sales professionals.
- Proven track record of consistent business growth across enterprise (ENT) and/or digital-native (DNB) customer segments.
- Ability to build and influence C-level and VP-level relationships; navigate complex, multi-party deal structures.
