Execute AI strategy and roadmap for AIA Innovation project,and technical direction for advanced AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. 
Responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture, model development, and seamless integration of AI capabilities into business workflows, while ensuring system stability, scalability, and technical foresight
