Reporting to Regional Strategic Accounts Category Director, you will be responsible for: Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews Strategic partnership development and relationship management -top Global Fashion group companies Retail Planning, P&L understanding and Trade terms negotiations Promotional Planning including campaign planning and NPD launches regionally. This role is responsible for setting the overall IR channel strategy, leading sales execution, optimizing partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong brand presence and operational excellence across the IR retail network. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive IR channel strategy to meet sales and market share objectives. - Lead and manage IR channel sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key IR retail partners and distributors. - Plan and oversee channel promotions, incentive programs, and marketing campaigns to drive sell-in and sell-through performance. - Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and channel performance metrics; recommend improvement initiatives. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with IR channel partners. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of channel programs. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IR retail landscape. - Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and strategic reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities Category P&L Ownership & Growth Metrics: • Own and manage the P&L and growth metrics for the Electronics category across Lazada’s six markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). • Oversee annual budget allocation and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Category Strategy Development & Execution • Identify new opportunities, adapt global trends to regional markets, and align initiatives with Lazada’s goals. • Leverage historical data and market insights to inform decisions and improve customer experience. • Curate a product offering that aligns with customer profiles, positioning Lazada as the top destination for Electronics. • Share best practices and foster collaboration within the regional team to maximize efficiency. Seller Acquisition & Brand Development • Develop strategies to onboard high-quality sellers and brands. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key local and international sellers to secure optimal terms and quality. • Drive brand development and acquisition efforts to strengthen Lazada’s market position. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment • Lead and motivate the on-ground teams by setting clear deliverables, targets, and expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, user growth, etc.) to ensure seamless strategy execution. • Align commercial, marketing, retail, and logistics functions to deliver exceptional service to customers. • Coach and develop a team of cluster leads and account managers, ensuring they are skilled, motivated, and aligned with business objectives.
