1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验； 2、扎实的计算机和Java编程基础；熟练掌握Web后端开发；熟悉Java主流开发框架，具备JVM问题排查和调优能力； 3、熟悉常用大数据处理/分析相关的工具/框架，如Spark,Flink,StarRocks等；具备良好的开源框架源码阅读能力； 4、有良好的问题分析与解决能力、较强的责任感、良好的沟通与协调能力，愿意不断尝试新技术和业务挑战。 加分项 1、具有知名数据相关开源项目贡献经历； 2、有大规模大数据系统问题排查，性能调优，故障恢复，定制开发实战经验。
工作职责
1、负责数据平台建设，平台的后端开发和架构设计工作； 2、保障技术系统稳定可靠，对复杂场景做出合理技术设计，保障和提升海量数据平台相关系统的性能和稳定性； 3、工作范围涉及包括但不限于：数据开发平台，分布式任务调度系统，数据集成系统，数据资产平台，数据安全合规，实时计算体系，综合数据治理等领域。
