任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关专业，数理与工程基础扎实； 2. 有后训练实战经验：独立完成过 SFT 及至少一轮 RL 训练（PPO / GRPO / DAPO / DPO 任一）； 3. 熟悉 transformers、LLaMA-Factory / TRL、verl / OpenRLHF 中至少一套；熟悉 PyTorch 及多机多卡分布式训练； 4. 熟悉主流推理框架（vLLM / SGLang / TensorRT-LLM 等），了解 KV Cache、量化、continuous batching、投机解码等常见优化技术； 5. 具备扎实的强化学习基础：理解策略梯度、值函数估计、探索与利用、稀疏奖励、credit assignment，能判断具体问题适合用 RL 还是 SFT 解…
