任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上相机/摄像头图像处理器画质调节和评价经验； 2. 熟悉ISP Pipeline和3A原理，具备相机图像画质调节策略制定能力，有高通、海思平台调试经验者优先； 3. 具备ISP图像处理算法模块研发经验，有独立算法开发能力者优先； 4. 具备Auto IQ Tuning平台设计和开发工作经验者优先； 5. 具备室内仿真室外场景相关工作经验者优先； 6. 做事认真细心，积极主动，有责任心，有良好的沟通能力和抗压能力。
工作职责
1. 负责相机产品ISP链路、3A链路和算法模块的IQ调试和工程优化； 2. 负责相机图像画质工作效率提升方案设计并推动落地，含相关算法开发，工具开发等。
