任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，具备5年以上相机/摄像头图像处理器画质调节和评价或者相关提效工具开发经验； 2. 熟悉ISP Pipeline和3A原理，具备相机图像画质调节策略制定能力，有高通、海思平台调试经验者优先； 3. 熟悉C/C++，python 等常用编程语言，有较扎实的编程基础； 4. 具备Auto IQ Tuning平台设计和开发工作经验者优先； 5. 具备室内仿真室外场景相关工作经验者优先； 6. 做事认真细心，积极主动，有责任心，有良好的沟通能力和抗压能力。
工作职责
1. 负责相机图像画质工作效率提升方案设计并推动落地，含相关算法开发，工具开发等； 2. 负责设计和开发针对不同芯片平台的IQ参数 auto tuning工具链，提升调试效率。
