任职要求
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at an advertising agency or in-house creative team.You should have experience on the production or ad agency side or post-production, and should be familiar with creative budget control. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. 工作职责
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, art directors, and internal marketing and product team members to execute creative work, such as films, animations, renders, product photography, lifestyle photography, and more. - Manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and tothe highest quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed flawlessly,and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Collaborate with external creative production vendors in China and globally to ensure that their work meets our standards and expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, and for ensuring that they deliver high-quality work that meets our needs. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and other partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, and that any issues are addressed promptly. - Ensure that all creative work is aligned with our brand guidelines and values. You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative work is consistent with our brand identity, and that it communicates our values effectively.
1.负责OPPO旗下Find、Reno、AK系列的样张项目管理统筹工作,对新品系列的样张交付工作负责; 2.负责摄影师资源库的建立与维护,沉淀灵活高质的摄影师资源,打通敏捷合作路径。
1、深入用户洞察和市场判断,基于品牌战略和品牌定位,制定全球品牌营销策略; 2、可以独立承担品牌升级、品牌主张表达等全球品牌营销战役,制定创意传播方案,沟通协同跨系统、跨部门的落地行动; 3、优秀的内容策划与把控能力,包括活动主题、主视觉、TVC等核心物料。联合数字营销、公关、媒介等模块,跟进项目落地执行、项目结束后的评估和总结。
1. 品牌规划:参与用户洞察、品牌战略定位、品牌视觉规范、品牌传播策略的制定,规划年度品牌营销计划; 2. 品牌合作:根据新品上市与品牌建设的需求,负责和对接外部合作资源的BD和权益谈判,航管权益落地,评估合作效果; 3. 策划品牌营销campaign及项目管理:策划活动主题、主视觉、TVC等核心物料,制定传播方案,沟通协同跨部门、跨区域的执行落地; 4. 品牌看护:确保产品营销、零售、服务、电商等相关团队准从品牌规范,确保品牌对外传播的系统性和一致性,对品牌考虑度及品牌美誉度等关键品牌指标负责。
