任职要求


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at an advertising agency or in-house creative team.You should have experience on the production or ad agency side or post-production, and should be familiar with creative budget control.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. You should have cool and calm communication skills, and should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be able to prioritize effectively, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

工作职责


- Work closely with designers, copywriters, art directors, and internal marketing and product team members to execute creative work, such as films, animations, renders, product photography, lifestyle photography, and more.
- Manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and tothe highest quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed flawlessly,and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with external creative production vendors in China and globally to ensure that their work meets our standards and expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, and for ensuring that they deliver high-quality work that meets our needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and other partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensure that all creative work is aligned with our brand guidelines and values. You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative work is consistent with our brand identity, and that it communicates our values effectively.
