1. 拥有计算机科学 ⼈⼯智能 机器学习或相关领域学位和5年以上相关领域⼯作经验 2. 扎实的编程基础 熟练掌握Python C++等编程语⾔ 有TensorFlow PyTorch 等深度学习框架的使⽤经验 3. 在⾃然语⾔处理 计算机视觉或多模态领域具有扎实的技术积累 具备相关算法研发或⼯程落地经验者优先 4. 有搜索引擎 知识图谱 ⼤规模个性化推荐系统实战经验者优先 5. 强烈的创新意识和解决问题的能⼒ 能够在快节奏的环境中独⽴⼯作 加分项 1. 在⼤模型相关领域有发表过⾼⽔平论⽂或专利 2. 对开源社区有贡献 或有参与过⼤型开源项⽬的经验
