任职要求
1.具备出色的编码能力，精通java、kotlin、python等开发语言 2.具备深度问题分析能力，善于从根因精准定位并解决问题 3.具备严谨的思维逻辑，优秀的owner意识，有良好的沟通协助和团队合作能力 4.具备较强的学习能力，关注AI发展，了解业界前沿的大模型技术动态以及大模型应用开发框架，如langchain、autochain等 5.大语言模型相关的工作经验，熟悉Agent，RAG，Prompt等基本原理，熟练掌握至少一种智能体通讯框架（MCP、A2A等） 6.有AI硬件研发经验或者Agent研发经验优先
工作职责
1.负责AI应用的框架设计与实现，包括大模型驱动的AI智能体框架的评估、实现与优化，跨设备的控制与多模数据同步 2.负责AI算法在移动终端的部署与工程化优化 3.负责设计端云协同架构，结合设备性能的现状，实现设备在离线，在线场景下智能交互 4.负责系统化的性能调优和稳定性保障
