任职要求
1. 喜欢探索，熟悉各类 AI 工具（各类测试助手等），拥有较强的学习适应能力； 2. 计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，4 年以上后端、1 年以上 AIGC 工具/后台服务开发经验； 3. 熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、Dify 等 AI 工具的使用，有生产智能体维护经验； 4. 熟练掌握 Python，有 Celery、FastAPI 项目经验，了解 JavaScript、TypeScript，有一定前端项目经验； 5. 熟悉 Linux 下的开发工作，数据、网络等计算机基础扎实，具备常见异常定位及问题分析能力； 6. 熟悉 Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch 等常见中间件的使用，对其工作原理有一定理解。
工作职责
（AI智能体 AIGC方向） 1. 负责 AIGC/LLM 在研发 DevOps 领域各场景的工程化、平台化落地工作； 2. 对现有系统的方案设计、性能瓶颈进行优化改进, 承担关键技术攻关； 3. 持续关注前沿技术，针对新的业务场景和挑战，能引入新的技术方案并落地实施。
