工作描述
岗位职责 1、负责SOTA AI模型在寒武纪人工智能芯片（MLU）上的端到端性能优化和精度调优，沉淀可复用、可泛化的优化方法论，独立开发寒武纪性能、精度分析工具，支撑常态化优化工作。 2、负责寒武纪Model Zoo的开发、迭代与日常维护，基于MLU芯片完成各类SOTA大模型、多模态算法的完整复现，针对模型训练全流程做性能分析、精度调优，输出标准化的行业领域参考解决方案。 3、深入研究大模型底层核心技术，深耕Megatron、DeepSpeed等分布式训练框架，掌握剪枝、量化训练等模型加速…
