【岗位职责】 一、深度技术支持与专家级问题解决 快速响应并协助客户解决在使用大型模型API服务过程中的各类技术问题 作为技术专家，处理复杂的模型相关技术难题，提供专家级解决方案 二、模型技术深度支持 与研发团队紧密对接，深入处理客户关于模型效果优化的问题 负责BadCase的深度排查与分析，提供根因分析和改进建议 处理模型性能异常（如降智、输出不稳定等）的深入问题定位与解决 为客户提供模型调优、Prompt工程等高级技术指导 三、AI编码工具专家支持 精通Claude Code，作为核心能力，深入理解其架构、功能特性及最佳实践 熟悉多种主流AI编码工具（如Cursor、Copilot、Cody等），为客户提供全面的编码辅助工具技术支持 掌握各类AI编码工具与不同IDE（VSCode、JetBrains系列、vim/neovim等）的集成机制 及时跟踪AI编码工具的版本迭代和功能更新，帮助客户平滑迁移并充分利用新特性 收集客户对AI编码工具的使用反馈，推动工具能力优化和最佳实践沉淀 四、紧急事件响应与危机处理 在关键业务时段，作为专家级支持，及时响应并处理客户的紧急复杂问题 主…
