我们正在建设面向大规模 AI 训练与推理的存储基础设施。该岗位将负责高性能、可扩展、可靠的分布式存储系统研发，解决海量数据供给、训练数据加速、模型Checkpoint与推理数据访问等核心问题。 岗位职责 1. 负责 AI Infra 存储系统的架构设计、核心模块研发与持续演进，包括分布式文件系统、对象存储、缓存及数据加速能力。 2. 面向大规模训练和推理场景，优化存储系统的吞吐、时延、并发、可靠性与成本效率。 3. 深入理解 GPU/CPU/网络/存储协同机制，构建高效的数据读写链路，提升训练和推理集群整体资源利用率。 4. 负责模型 Checkpoint、训…
