任职要求
1、熟悉ios，Android的系统框架，对手机行业有深入的理解； 2、熟悉五看三定等规划方法论，深入理解产品与技术的关联性，具备用户洞察相关工作经验； 3、从事Linux内核工作5年及以上，有性能调优经验的开发者优先； 4、对Linux内核各个子模块有比较深的理解，比如调度，内存，图形、文件系统，io等； 5、熟练掌握c/c++/java/sql等其中一门或多门编程语言，熟练掌握shell/python/perl等其中一门或多门脚本语言。
工作职责
1、牵头研究标杆竞品在系统性能方向上的重点技术布局情况，进行各方向的技术拆解（如存储、系统资源调度、图形等），为技术规划及专项预研提供支撑； 2、基于性能方向的技术规划在各技术方向上开展专项优化工作； 3、牵头管控项目性能，确保相关项目优化到行业领先水平； 4、研究主流SOC性能评测软件原理，进一步挖掘平台性能。
