任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，至少3年以上研发经验； 2、深入理解android framework对AMS、PMS、display熟悉； 3、熟练掌握C/C++,java,具备良好的编码能力； 4、会使用systrace、perfetto等系统性能分析工具； 5、有XR产品研发经验，熟悉XR技术架构； 6、有异构计算研发经验，熟悉高通SOC各计算单元（HVX、HMX、CPU、GPU等）更佳。
工作职责
1、负责XR产品的整机性能优化工作，提升系统运行的稳定性； 2、与算法团队、应用开发团队紧密合作，分析资源限制瓶颈，提出优化解决方案； 3、承接部分性能优化相关的开发工作。
