任职要求
1、具备3年以上算法经验（计算机视觉/机器学习/数据挖掘等），熟悉深度学习以及常见机器学习算法的原理与算法； 1、具有扎实的编程基础（Python/C++)，熟悉常用数据结构和基础算法；熟悉Tensorflow/Pytorch等框架； 2、有内容理解相关的工作经验，熟练掌握NLP、CV、ML等的算法和技术，有互联网业务应用相关项目经验（短视频标签特征、内容理解多模态理解、广告创意理解与生成、互联网业务数据挖掘等）； 3、能熟练使用主流LLM并了解其原理，大模型研发经验、AIGC等相关开发经验； 4、有较强的学术比赛或工程项目经验，发表过高水平论文、获得过重要竞赛、在重要数据集Leaderboard上排名靠前，或开源代码在github上产生较大影响者优先； 5、有智能问答、LLM、文生图、文生视频等经验优先。
工作职责
一、 1、负责互联网内容理解算法开发及相关技术难点攻克，推动多模态内容理解算法和深度学习在互联网应用场景（短视频、图文信息流、广告、游戏等）的落地； 2、负责文案、图片、视频自动化生成相关的研发工作，基于素材创作、投放数据，优化创意文案、视频、图片等物料的智能生成策略的算法实现。 二、
