任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,电子、光学,计算机、通信类背景专业,熟悉C、C++、matlab或Python语言的开发; 2,熟练掌握3A算法开发、或清晰度噪声&颜色&亮度的效果调试开发,熟练掌握ISP pipeline原理和图像画质增强算法原理; 3、熟悉cmos sensor、光学lens工作原理和主要特性,熟悉ISP主要模块的算法原理,熟悉3A算法原理; 4、了解 Android camera framework 和 camera HAL 框架及流程,了解主流平台的相机预览、多摄拍照的系统流程和算法集成流程; 5、要求有较敏感的图像质量认知能力,追求影像极致,对影像新技术感兴趣,自驱力强,有较好横向沟通和推动能力; 优先经验: 1、3A算法,降噪&亮度&色彩等图像画质增强算法开发经验优先; 2、AI图像画质增强算法经验优先;
工作职责
职责描述: 1、主导影像效果技术预研和规划,进行新技术的探索和组合创新,评估技术可行性和用户价值,目标提升影像效果核心竞争力和领先性; 2、主导预研的效果设计方案,负责跨模块技术整合,输出效果整体设计方案,确保设计方案的行业竞争力; 3、负责新功能的用户场景需求拆解、技术可行性分析、识别风险和优化措施,确保预研结果满足产品定义需求; 4、负责预研中3A算法开发,或清晰度噪声&亮度&颜色的效果调试开发、分析和解决效果问题,推进预研转交和产品化落地; 5、负责行业新技术扫描,技术趋势洞察和竞品分析,持续进行新技术探索和验证,输出有一定技术确定性和用户价值的的预研方向;
