任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，10 年以上图像、视频算法相关经验，具有 IC Design公司工作背景为佳； 2、熟悉图像处理，计算机视觉等相关知识，对于面向芯片 IP 的算法设计有实做经验，具有算法落地量产经验为佳； 3、熟悉Plain C/C++开发 具有算法定点化设计及 Bit-Accurate C-Model 实做经验； 4、熟练的英文文献的阅读能力。
工作职责
职位描述 1、作为主要技术贡献者及方向带头人，负责手机上 ISP 核心模块 IP 的研发与交付； 2、作为主要参与人，负责面向芯片落地的 ISP 算法技术的路线制定及方向调研评估，主导大型复杂 ISP 模块的算法选型，效果评估，芯片面积评估，预研原型设计及产品化落地并量产； 3、跟随业界及学术界前沿 ISP 算法的发展动向，为产品提供具有明显差异化的原创性算法方案，带领年轻工程师与其他团队有效配合，完成方案落地； 4、负责算法向 RTL Design 团队的交付计划制定，技术关键交付节点风险把控，协助提升团队整体交付效率及交付质量。
