任职要求
1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、2-4年软件测试领域工作经验； 3、熟悉软件测试流程及规范，精通常用的测试方法和手段，熟悉主流的测试工具，比如：Appium、Selenium等； 4、了解性能测试原理，熟悉mysql/oracle其中至少一种的使用，了解网络、操作系统等基础知识； 5、具备基本的脚本编写能力（如Python、Java等），能够进行测试脚本开发与维护； 6、对工作有高度的责任心，能够承受工作压力，保证测试质量和进度； 7、有高并发应用性能测试经验或性能测试自动化框架开发经验者优先； 8、对财务、供应、制造等领域业务熟悉者优先。
工作职责
1、通过深入理解需求和产品架构输出高质量的功能及性能测试方案和用例，保障交付质量与进度； 2、针对测试风险制定应对措施，监控测试过程，收集并分析测试结果，编写测试报告（功能+性能），协助开发团队定位功能与性能问题，跟进缺陷及时解决至闭环； 3、实践性能测试自动化，接口自动化，web UI自动化，App自动化提高测试效率和质量；
