任职要求
1.本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，至少3年以上运维基础平台研发经验； 2.至少精通一种go/python django/java/vue等web开发语言和技术，熟悉微服务框架如dubbo、Spring Cloud、Istio等。 3.熟悉相关运维技术和工具，具备二次开发经验，如zabbix、prometheus、elk、ansible、saltstack、terraform等； 4.熟悉数据存储及数据处理技术并有实际开发，如mysql、mongodb、druid、influxdb、Hadoop、hbase、flume、Flink等； 5.熟练掌握容器技术、虚拟化技术和主流的云平台，至少一种深度使用经验，如AWS、阿里云、腾讯云、VMware、Kubernetes、Rancher等，有实际云管平台开发工作经验者优先； 6.具备良好的抗压能力、团队精神、沟通表达能力和自我驱动力，有项目管理经验者优先。
工作职责
一、 1.负责运维管理平台的设计和开发工作，包括云管平台、CMDB、工单系统、作业平台、监控平台、容器平台等； 2.参与运维平台的需求分析、架构选型和技术方案评审； 3.负责项目中技术难题攻关，主导并推动线上系统技术故障分析解决； 4.负责开发过程的核心模块代码编写，审核和检查，提升开发效率和代码质量； 5.识别运维痛点，并不断探索新技术方向，完善相关运维工具设计及开发，持续改进运维工作效率、质量和成本。 二、
