任职要求 1、通信工程、电子信息、导航制导与控制、信号与信息处理等相关专业PhD，具有独立研究能力与针对性的高质量发表记录； 2、深入理解无线通信物理层架构、数字信号处理（DSP）与估计/检测理论。精通 GNSS 基带原理，对锁相环、锁卡环、延迟锁定环的环路参数设计、热噪声及动态应力误差有深厚的研究； 3、熟练掌握 MATLAB/Python 进行链路级仿真，能够独立搭建或优化高保真的 GNSS 软件接收机基带仿真平台； 4、优先及加分项：有实际 GNSS 芯片（ASIC…
