任职要求
1、一年以上相关工作经验，计算机或数学相关专业； 2、精通机器学习和数据挖掘； 3、包括不限于多任务、多场景、图神经网络、因果推断、多模态、对比学习、强化学习等方向的经验优先 4、熟练使用C++开发线上代码，熟练使用一种脚本语言Python/Shell等，熟悉Linux基本开发环境，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 5、有大数据处理相关经验，熟悉Hadoop、Hive等相关操作； 6、有较强的分析和解决问题能力，有持续自我学习的能力和意愿，善于沟通和逻辑表达； 7、有知名企业推荐算法相关经验优先。
工作职责
1、支持微博首页推荐及其他场景的推荐系统相关算法研发； 2、基于海量微博内容数据、行为数据，进行大规模机器学习算法的研究，持续提升微博推荐核心业务指标； 3、对信息流推荐系统有浓厚兴趣，期望通过技术提高用户的信息获取能力和信息消费体验。
