任职要求
1、一年以上推荐、广告或搜索算法工作经验，计算机相关专业； 2、精通推荐算法，掌握机器学习和数据挖掘基本技能； 3、熟悉推荐引擎架构及模型训练、推理流程； 4、熟练使用C++开发线上代码，熟练使用一种脚本语言Python/Shell等，熟悉Linux基本开发环境，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 5、有大数据处理相关经验，熟悉Hadoop、Hive等相关操作； 6、有较强的分析和解决问题能力，有持续自我学习的能力和意愿，善于沟通和逻辑表达； 7、有大型业务推荐算法相关经验优先。
工作职责
1、支持微博各场景推荐算法或Push算法研发； 2、基于海量微博内容数据、行为数据，进行大规模机器学习算法的研究，持续提升微博推荐核心业务指标； 3、对信息流推荐系统有浓厚兴趣，期望通过技术提高用户的信息获取能力和信息消费体验。
