任职要求
Degree holder in Real Estate / Finance/ Accounting / Property Management / Surveying or related disciplines Around 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience, package will be commensurate with experience Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mind and sense of responsibility Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and presentation skills, Possessing numeric sense is preferred. Knowledge in financial modeling skills is a bonus Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
工作职责
Assist in managing a portfolio of assets (both HK and PRC) and maximize operational and financial performance Assist in Asset Plan formulation including preparing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis Implementation of business objectives including leasing strategies, asset management and ESG initiatives Periodic assessment of the performance and competitive position of the properties. Coordinate with leasing, property management, finance and project teams Perform market analysis and research on latest market trends and intelligence Assist in property valuation and investment analysis Prepare reports and presentation materials to Management Maintain good relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders
