任职要求
1、熟练掌握常用机器学习算法，熟练掌握大数据挖掘，具备业务分析、模型选择评估和算法迭代能力。熟悉大模型应用相关技术（Fine-tuning、RAG等），有大模型、AI智能体应用相关项目经验 2、硕士以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、人工智能等专业，3年以上工作经验，2年以上算法相关领域工作经验 3、熟练掌握常用机器学习框架，如TensorFlow、kreas、pytorch等，至少精通一门编程语言，如Python、Java、C/C++等 4、具备机器学习、深度学习相关工作经验，对机器学习优化算法原理及其应用有深入理解。有上下文推理、条件概率分布建模、深度网络结构设计、模型预训练学习经验者优先，包括但不限于Word Embedding、Graph Embedding、BERT、Transform、ngram2vec等 5、熟悉Git管理、Liunx环境，有Hadoop，Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka、Redis等平台开发经验者优先，有分布式并行算法、集成参数服务器开发实践经验者优先 6、有时空网络建模、时间序列建模、大规模需求预测建模、O2O融合算法经验者优先 7、对聚类划分、半监督学习、自监督学习算法领域有研究者优先 8、对增强学习RL、生成式算法领域有经验者优先
工作职责
1、负责大数据特征挖掘、数据建模，挖掘大数据价值并应用到物流供应链相关的业务场景中； 2、利用数据挖掘和机器学习建模技术，进行模型开发与部署应用； 3、负责海量数据分析、特征挖掘、算法选型迭代，就业务指标评估、解决方案和效果进行持续的分析和改进； 4、基于业务对接产品、研发团队，参与方案评估、策略分析和数学建模，开拓前沿建模技术并结合业务场景解决实际痛点
