任职要求 1. 学历与专业 * 计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2. 核心技术能力 * 具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，对Transformer架构及主流大模型（如LLaMA、Qwen系列）有深入理解。 * 精通Python编程，熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架，有扎实的代码开发能力。 * 具备大模型微调（Fine-tuning） 的实践经验，熟悉常见微调方法与流程。 * 了解强化学习基础概念，对基于人类反馈的强化学习（RLHF）对齐技术有初步理解。 3. 智能体与工程实践能力 * 对AI Agent的技术架构（如规划、工具使用）有实际项目经验或深入理解，熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等至少一种开发框架。 * 具备良好的工程实践能力，熟悉Linux开发环境、Git代码管理及容器化技术（如Docker）。 * 有强…
