工作职责
1. 负责营销智能体的核心算法设计、实现与迭代，包括意图理解、对话策略、多轮交互控制等，并集成多模态能力（如文本、语音、图像生成）以支持智能营销场景。 2. 应用机器学习、强化学习等技术，开发用户价值模型、个性化推荐模型及营销策略优化模型，提升点击率、转化率等核心业务指标。 3. 基于LangChain、LangGraph等框架搭建可扩展的智能体系统，实现工具调用、记忆管理、多智能体协作等功能，并通过提示词工程、RAG等技术优化智能体在营销场景中的决策能力。 4. 分析海量用户行为数据（如交易记录、交互日志），挖掘客户偏好与营销机会，推动智能体系统在精准触达、客户生命周期管理等场景的规模化应用。 5. 与产品、运营、数据工程师协作，将业务需求转化为技术方案，撰写技术文档，并参与算法模型的部署、监控与迭代优化。
