任职要求
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field, coupled with a recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance and auditing, preferably with Big 4 accounting firms and within the property development and asset management sectors.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and PRC GAAP, as well as regulatory requirements applicable to Hong Kong and mainland China.

Demonstrated experience in preparing Financial Resources Rules (FRR) reports for submission to the Securities and Futures Commission.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with full professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
