工作职责


Financial Reporting:
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.
Manage the consolidation of financial accounts across all group entities, ensuring full compliance with HKFRS, PRC GAAP, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Lead comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting for Hong Kong–based entities, maintaining strict adherence to the SFC requirements.

Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, assessors, regulators, and tax authorities—promptly addressing inquiries and providing clear, responsive communication.
Financial planning & analysis:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making for operations in both Hong Kong and the PRC.

 Treasury management

Responsible for securing loan financing for real estate acquisitions and operations by collaborating solid relationships with banks in Hong Kong and PRC.

Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and future investments.

Acquisition related financial support
Familiar with financial and tax due diligence processes related to real estate acquisitions in the PRC.
