任职要求 1、3年以上机器学习/智能体/运筹优化相关工作经验，具备独立完成算法设计与落地的能力。 熟练掌握以下至少两个方向的技术与实战经验： 强化学习：有在调度、推荐、控制等场景中成功落地强化学习项目的经验，熟悉Q-Learning、Policy Gradient、Actor-Critic等主流算法。 优化算法：熟悉组合优化、线性规划、动态规划、启发式搜索等方法，能解决大规模排班、路径规划等问题。 车货匹配/出行调度：有在网约车、货运平台、共享出行等领域设计匹配策略的经验，理解双边市场机制。 需求预测：掌握时间序列建模（如ARIMA、Prophet）、回归模型、深度学习（如LSTM、Transformer）在需求预测中的应用。 定价模型：具备基于供需关系、用户行为建模的价格策略设计经验，了解收益管理与动态定价机制…
