任职要求
1. **经验要求**
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业。
- 8年以上软件研发经验，具备复杂系统架构设计经验。
- 具备ToG行业项目经验（公安、政务或城市治理相关领域）。
2. **客户沟通与解决方案能力**
- 具备 **直接面向客户开展需求沟通与方案设计的经验**。
- 能够独立完成客户需求分析、技术方案设计及技术方案汇报。
- 有作为技术负责人参与客户交流、方案评审或项目技术决策的经验。
3. **业务经验**
- 具备政务相关业务经验优先，例如：政务数据治理、时空数据平台、城市治理数据应用
4. **技术能力**
- 熟悉系统架构设计（微服务架构、数据平台或GIS相关系统）。
