工作描述

任职要求
• 拥有商业、经济、计算机科学、数据分析或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。
• 至少有 8 年以上数据分析师或商业智能方面的工作经验。在互联网大型科技公司有相关经验以及商业智能团队领导经验者优先。
• 有商业、战略和/或技术咨询方面的经验者为佳。
• 具备积极学习的态度，能够轻松理解新概念。
• 善于团队合作和沟通，能够在压力下工作。
• 具备扎实的分析和统计技能，至少有 3 年使用 SQL 的工作经验，会 Python 者更佳。
• 有电子商务方面的经验者优先。
• 沟通能力强。
• 能够应对问题陈述中的模糊性，并主动在过程中完善目标。
• 有数据提取、清理、准备和仪表板开发的实际操作经验。
• 英语和普通话（中文）流利。
• 会西班牙语者优先。

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least +8 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. With relevant experience in internet big tech companies and team leadership experience in BI are preferred.
• Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting would be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn attitude with ability to understand new concepts easily.
• Good at teamwork and communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Solid analytical and statistical skills and at least 3 years working experience with SQL, Python is a plus
• Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
