Key Responsibilities - Design Localized Logistics Solutions: Analyze transaction patterns, delivery expectations, and operational pain points of Korean sellers and consumers to design and implement optimized supply chain structures. - Develop Platform-Based Logistics Products: Combine logistics expertise from both China and Korea to conceptualize and launch competitive local logistics offerings unique to AliExpress Korea (e.g., same-day delivery, streamlined returns). - Plan Integrated Services: Design seller-friendly, end-to-end logistics solutions that align platform policies, seller guidelines, and customer experience. - Drive Growth & Cost Optimization: Launch new services, monitor KPIs through data-driven insights, and lead process innovations to simultaneously enhance service quality and reduce operational costs. - Manage External Partnerships: Collaborate with domestic logistics providers, 3PLs, and courier companies to build a stable, scalable, and flexible supply chain network.

Location: Onsite at our Bolingbrook, IL warehouse location Pay: $25/hr to $30/hr Position Overview: As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the local logistics operations of the warehouse, including transportation arrangements, shipment tracking, exception handling, and accounting management. You will ensure efficient and cost-controlled logistics processes while collaborating closely with other teams to enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange local logistics transportation, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, and carrier coordination, to ensure timely sending and receiving of goods. - Track shipment status in real-time, update logistics information, and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, or losses). Communicate with logistics suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to promptly resolve transportation issues and optimize service processes. - Manage the reconciliation, review, and payment application of transportation costs to ensure accurate accounting. - Maintain logistics data records, generate operational reports, and assist in analyzing logistics costs and service quality. - Comply with U.S. local logistics regulations to ensure operational compliance.
主要职责 - 清关服务商管理与优化：管理台湾本地主要报关行及物流合作伙伴资源池，建立以绩效为导向的合作机制，最大化清关速度、准确率与成本效益。 - 数字化清关系统建设：主导推进电子申报、自动化数据对接（EDI）、AI辅助报关单审核等数字技术应用，构建高效智能的清关系统。 - 政策变化预判与应对：持续跟踪台湾海关、财政部、食药署等相关机构法规变动（如征税标准、禁运品类、低价值货物特殊通关政策等），制定快速响应策略并执行。 - 清关问题协调与解决：作为与海关、报关行、物流商的沟通枢纽，及时处理滞关、查验、退运等异常情况，确保货物顺利通关。 - 多元化最后一公里配送网络运营：根据台湾消费者多样化的收货偏好，统一管理以下配送渠道： ● 宅配到府（Home Delivery） ● 便利店取货（7-Eleven、全家等） ● 自提点取货（Pick-up Stations） - 配送质量与KPI管理：监控各配送商的准时送达率、破损率、客户投诉量等关键指标，主导服务质量改进项目。 - 成本优化策略制定：通过路径优化、批量集运、价格谈判等方式，全面降低清关与本地配送环节的运营成本。
• 负责管理从中国大陆到GCC等国家/地区的所有指定贸易渠道的海运、空运和陆运等端到端物流流程。 • 与货代、承运人、报关行、仓库和供应商联络，确保货物的顺畅和及时运输。 • 监控货物状态，并主动向内部相关方传达更新信息和潜在延误。 • 及时有效地解决任何与物流相关的问题，例如海关扣留、单证不符或运输延误。 • 与物流服务提供商协商价格和合同，确保成本效益。 • 持续关注影响中国- GCC等国家/地区的国际贸易法规和物流趋势的变化。 • Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics processes, including sea, air, and land freight, for all designated trade lanes from Mainland China to GCC countries and other regions. • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. • Monitor shipment status, proactively communicate updates and potential delays to internal stakeholders. • Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as customs holds, documentation discrepancies, or transportation delays, in a timely and effective manner. • Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and logistics trends affecting the China-GCC countries and other regions.
