Location: Onsite at our Bolingbrook, IL warehouse location Pay: $25/hr to $30/hr Position Overview: As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the local logistics operations of the warehouse, including transportation arrangements, shipment tracking, exception handling, and accounting management. You will ensure efficient and cost-controlled logistics processes while collaborating closely with other teams to enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange local logistics transportation, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, and carrier coordination, to ensure timely sending and receiving of goods. - Track shipment status in real-time, update logistics information, and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, or losses). Communicate with logistics suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to promptly resolve transportation issues and optimize service processes. - Manage the reconciliation, review, and payment application of transportation costs to ensure accurate accounting. - Maintain logistics data records, generate operational reports, and assist in analyzing logistics costs and service quality. - Comply with U.S. local logistics regulations to ensure operational compliance.
1.Manage the installation of self-pickup lockers at customer sites. Monitor the entire process from inbound to installation acceptance. 2.Manage supplier contracts according to the sales contract, and update it in a timely manner to ensure the interests of Cainiao. 3.Participate in the formulation of installation quality standards, and monitor the installation suppliers to perform installation and delivery in accordance with standards. 4.Guide the installation suppliers to continuously improve service quality. 5.Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems in the delivery process; continue to improve customer satisfaction. 6.Possibility to participate in the installation and delivery of other logistics technology projects in EU.
1.Design Delivery Pricing Models: Proactively design delivery pricing models that address local business pain points. Build efficient pricing models to increase order acceptance rates, optimize user experience, and meet diverse business scenarios and customer needs. 2.Optimize Delivery Pricing Strategies: Responsible for optimizing and operating delivery pricing strategies, including daily monitoring and analysis, and collaborating with product and algorithm teams to continuously improve delivery experiences at all stages through algorithm and product improvements, thereby increasing delivery efficiency. 3.Monitor Market Demand: Monitor changes in market demand, analyze internal supply issues, and other delivery strategies adopted by companies in the industry to continuously enhance cost efficiency. 4.Data Monitoring and Problem Solving: Monitor supply and delivery experience data daily, weekly, and monthly, identify regional supply issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategies/incentives to achieve supply quantity and experience goals. 1. 设计配送定价交易模式:主动设计能够解决本地业务痛点的配送定价交易模式。构建高效的定价交易模型,提升订单接受率,优化用户体验,满足多样化的业务场景和客户需求。 2. 优化配送定价策略:负责优化和运营配送定价策略,包括日常监控、分析,并与产品和算法团队合作,通过算法和产品改进不断提升各阶段的配送体验,从而提高配送效率。 3. 监控市场需求:监控市场需求变化,分析内部供给问题以及行业内其他公司采用的配送策略,不断提升成本效率。 4. 数据监控与问题解决:每日、每周和每月监控供给和配送体验数据,识别区域性供给问题,并通过产品或运营策略/激励措施推动解决方案,以实现供给数量和体验目标。

Demand Forecasting & Analysis Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans 2. Rider Supply & Shift Management Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment Establish a real-time supply-demand monitoring mechanism to identify areas with insufficient or redundant supply and quickly respond to market changes, and dynamically adjust regional configuration and scheduling plans Adjust the fulfillment radius, expand the service boundary, or temporarily compress the operation area to ensure fulfillment in the core area 4. Strategy & Process Optimization Contribute to the design of onboarding policies, cross-zone dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms Continuously optimize rider shift efficiency, activation rate, and fulfillment KPIs Design and run structured A/B tests and impact analysis for shift and supply policy refinements 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to execute operational strategies Coordinate between 3PL partners and in-house fleets to adapt to real-time demand shocks
1)Collaborate with regional team on partners' capacity schdueling target and capacity attendance performance, leverage partner feedback loops to enhance goal-setting precision and operational feasibility. 2)Lead end-to-end execution of capacity scheduling targets, monitor and analyze partners performance,and help drive corrective actions for underperforming partners and areas. 3)Design and optimize synchronization and interaction processes with local team to enhance operational efficiency.
