工作职责
1.构建 AI 原生的引擎核心系统，负责agent搜索体系下引擎架构的长周期基建；优化引擎与 AI 推理服务的协同调度逻辑，通过持续不断的抽象、沉淀、重构，持续提升引擎的性能、稳定性和迭代效率； 2.聚焦大模型、深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）的算法工程体系，实现算法模型的端到端部署，同时搭建支持 AI 推理的离线 / 在线数据流链路（基于 MaxCompute、Flink 及特征工程平台）； 3.拥有创新意识，懂算法，懂设计，懂产品思维，解构从用户需求到算法方案到工程实现的全链路，能够结合业界先进思想进行技术攻坚和突破，驱动业务发展。
