任职要求 工程基础能力（必备） 1、2年以上Java研发经验，具有扎实的Java功底，对JVM原理有一定了解，具有良好的Java IO、多线程、网络等方面编程能力。 2、熟悉Spring、MyBatis等常用Java开源框架，对其运行原理有较好理解。 3、精通数据库设计（MySQL优先），具备优秀的SQL编写及调优能力；熟悉常见NoSQL存储（如HBase、Redis、MongoDB等）。 4、有大规模高并发互联网应用的设计和开发经验，熟悉分布式架构，熟悉缓存、消息队列等中间件。 5、擅长业务系统架构设计，具备一定的项目协调推进能力。 AI工程能力（必备） 1、掌握Prompt工程、RAG、Tool Calling、Context Engineering等AI核心技术，能设计高可用、高扩展性的大模型/Agent架构。 2、对Agent系统开发有实践经验或深刻理解，熟悉LangGraph、ADK、AgentScope等框架中的至少一种；了解C…
