工作描述
任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、数学或相关专业；具备3年以上数据分析、数据质量、数据生产或模型评测相关经验。 2. 熟练使用Python和SQL，能够独立完成数据清洗、统计分析、抽样、可视化和质量检查；熟悉Pandas、Spark、Hive、ODPS等工具或平台中的一种或多种。 3. 理解大模型训练与评测流程，了解预训练、SFT、偏好数据、RL数据和评测集等常见数据形态，以及清洗、去重、标注、验收和版本管理等关键环节。 4. 熟悉大模型API调用与Agent应用开发，理解工具编排、Prompt工程和判定指标设计，有将大模型或Agent能力稳定落地到生产链路的实践经验。 5. 具备较强的数据敏感度、内容理解和问题定位能力，能够结合样本分析与量化指标识别数据偏差、质量波动和长尾问题。 6. 具备良好的逻辑分析、结构…
