任职要求 1. 学历要求 硕士及以上学历，985、211院校计算机科学、软件工程及相关专业优先。3年以上相关工作经验。 2. 智能体（Agent）开发能力（核心） 精通LangChain、LlamaIndex等主流Agent开发框架，具备基于大语言模型的复杂Agent系统设计与开发经验，有多Agent协同架构实践经验者优先。 深入理解Agent核心机制——任务规划（Planning）、记忆管理（Memory）、工具调用（Tool Calling/Function Calling）、反思与自修正（Reflection），并能针对具体业务场景进行架构选型和性能调优。 具备RAG系统的完整设计与调优经验，熟悉检索策略优化（如混合检索、重排序、查询改写）、分块策略设计、以及端到端的RAG评估方法论。 3.
