Qualifications
1. 5年以上销售及渠道管理工作经验，有互联网公司工作经验者优先；
2. 具备业务出海经验或跨境业务拓展经验，能够使用英语作为主要工作语言进行流利沟通，有东南亚、南亚或其他海外市场本地化作业经验者，当地语言可作为工作语言者优先；
3. 对本地产业、出口流程及政策、国际市场有深入了解， 具有市场拓展和团队管理经验，包括渠道建设、组织构建、佣金规划等；
4. 具备P&L管理和宏观业务规划能力；
5. 具备数据分析能力，通过数据分析洞察客户需求，持续改进销售和服务流程；
6. 具有良好的沟通和资源整合能力，具有本地资源者优先。
7. 需要拥有良好的AI应用能力

1. 5+ years working experience on sales and channel management, working in internet company is preferred;
2. Experience of overseas business development, fluent English communication, local-based experience of APAC or other overseas countries is preferred, Vietnamese language skill is preferred;
